Becoming HER: February Meetup

Join Women Leading Baltimore for a morning rooted in self love, identity and confidence.

Girls are invited to pause and explore who they are beyond labels, expectations, and the messages the world places on them. Through guided reflection and meaningful conversation, girls will identify what they love most about themselves—rooted in their character, strengths, and lived experiences, not who they’re told they should be.

Together, girls will create their own personal “I Am” statements, naming who they are and who they are becoming with intention and positive awareness. These affirmations are designed to serve as reminders of their worth, voice, and power—on days when confidence feels easy and on days when it doesn’t.

And what’s Valentine’s Day without flowers? To close the experience, girls will build their own bouquets, selecting blooms that represent their identity, growth, and courage.
