Through our Dear Graduate campaign, we’re collecting heartfelt letters filled with encouragement, wisdom, and love for the incredible girls graduating from our Women Leading Baltimore programs and schools across the city. Whether they’re stepping into high school, college, or the workforce, your words can remind them they’re seen, celebrated, and supported by a powerful community of women and allies.
