We are stronger together. Girls are unstoppable so imagine what happens when a sisterhood is formed. A network of high school girls who are inspired by the things that make them different, motivated by their commonalities and encouraged to support each other through their journey into womanhood.

Mentorship.

Each girl will be connected with a female professional based on her career aspirations. She will also have access to the entire network of mentors to expand her understanding of what is possible.

Exposure.

Have you seen all of Baltimore? Too many of our girls have never experienced Baltimore City in its fullness, often only experiencing the city where they live and go to school. The goal is to expose each girl to the city they live in from small owned/women owned businesses to the art of networking. The idea that girls have to wait until they are older or have more experience is no more.
